With flawlessly executed detail, these one of a kind hand painted majestic sea scape scene is carved into an oval rock quartz crystal and frozen in time in this gem capsule. Splendidly envisioned and wonderfully handcrafted, this three dimensional work of art has been made by intaglio cutting - a procedure utilizing reverse cutting from the underside of the stone. Meticulously painted to accuracy with the finest of brush stokes, the seagulls soar above the deep blue sea below, in a hologram like image. They are surrounded by sparkling rose cut black diamonds, and are outlined by fancy green and white diamonds. To Sevan, the Bosporus is hypnotic, serene, and the gateway to the East. He fondly remembers sailing with his father as a child, and now when time allows, he leisurely sails with his family. The ring is crafted in oxidized sterling silver and inlaid with polished 24 karat gold. Each piece is signed, dated, and finished inside the gallery.
